Team

Our team consists of 21 experts with extensive experience in their respective fields, who are passionate about what they do and are continuously developing their skills and strengthening their knowledge through training and certifications. Our project and construction managers, civil, mechanical and electrical engineers, architects, planning engineers and programme managers, to estimators, draftsmen, health and safety engineers, QA/QC engineers and quantity surveyors are all part of a solid team, supporting each other and collaborating harmoniously and methodically to reach the project goals with success. Our team of experts consists of people who come from around the globe as we believe that diversity and equity is a key factor to successfully dealing with the challenges of our work. In addition to our in-house team, we closely collaborate with innovative engineering companies and trend-shaping architectural firms like “L35”.

GEORGE LAMBROPOULOS
General Manager

George completed his studies in architecture at North London University and his MSc in Architecture and Construction Management at the National Technical University of Athens. He is passionate about Project Management through which he holds the keys to the fulfillment of the desires and needs of each client and each project’s success. His international experience in this sector is reflected in the large projects he has undertaken on an international scale: in Greece, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria and the United Arab Emirates. He has 18 years of experience in construction extending to commercial property management, infrastructure projects andhigh-end private residences. His cooperation with large architectural firms has intensified the position of Ken International headed by himself, thus expanding its activities. He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects – RIBA.

DAVID A. RAGUINDIN
Senior Quantity Surveyor

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Northern Philippines and passed the Licensure Examination for Civil Engineers given in Baguio City, Philippines, in 2001. He worked as a Private Contractor in Philippines until February 2008. Ever since, he has been working as Quantity Surveyor for several companies in the U.A.E.. He is technically proficient in computers and experienced in estimation costs and bill of quantities for building and engineering projects. He is a professional user of the Principles of Measurement International (POMI) and the Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement (CESMM) and Conversant with FIDIC (Red Book). David is results driven, self-motivated and a resourceful Quantity Surveyor working as part ofa busy team effectively managing all the costs relating to building and civil engineering projects.Additionally, he has a proven track record of minimizing the costs of a project and enhancing value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.

RONAN RAZON
Project Manager

Ronan holds a BSC in Architecture from Far Eastern University, Philippines and has more than 19 years of experience in the field of Project Management, Construction Fit-out, Contract Administration,Planning, Manufacturing and Engineering. Ronan won the 3rd place in the Architects Licensure Board Exam for the whole MENA Region, September 2015 with a Grade of 83.50% -Professional Regulation Commission and Professional Regulatory Board of Architecture- and is currently an active member of United Architects of the Philippines, UAR Chapter.

IRO PANOUSI
Chief Architect

With more than 14 years of experience in architectural design, concept creation and site management, Iro has designed some of the most iconic residential and commercial projects in Greece and across the UAE. Iro holds a BSc in Architecture from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and has a Master’s degree in Interior design from Kent University,UK. Combining work and studies, Iro managed to start her career early and throughout the years she worked with some of the biggest contractors undertaking big projects such as hotels, malls, private villas and commercial buildings.

KAREN SUMMERS
Program Manager

As Program Manager at Major Projects, a division within the Strategic Planning and Regeneration Directorate at London Borough of Bexley, Karen has been responsible for a number of complex projects, including a range of community facilities, primary and secondary education projects. For many years, she has offered architectural and project management services focusing on refurbishment and new build work for primary schools and private dwellings and consultancy services to other companies, as a Director of her own firm. Karen has a diploma in Architecture from Greenwich University and an MSc in Project & Enterprise Management from University College of London, UK. She is a member of R.I.B.A.,Association of Project Management (MAPM) and Registered Architect (ARB).

NIKOS VAGIANOS
Structural Engineer

Nikos has done structural and earthquake analysis for buildings,construction planning and supervising, and engineering. Consulting for the past 27 years, Nikos holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and has worked as construction-supervising engineer and consulting engineer for several large-scale projects, including commercial and residential buildings.

AHMED AL JASSIM
Senior Mep Engineer

Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Damascus University, Lebanon and has an extensive experience of 12 years in the field of Project Management. He had developed mechanical design and electromechanical systems on various projects both commercial and residential all over the Middle East. He had maintained methods of testing and commissioning specifications, responsible for concept and detailed engineering, and supervision / inspection of the project.
