Quality Management
Our ability to achieve high levels of detail engineering in the development stage has been proven in the projects that we have delivered in accordance to the international building standards. For each project we commence by defining the objectives for the Quality Management service and then proceed to prepare a Quality Management Strategy Plan. Defining the QA standards sets out in motion the QA/QC program for the contractors, testing requirements and material procedures in the supplier chain.
