DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description
– A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction & Project Management or equivalent.
– Male / Female
-Any Nationality
– Minimum 10 years of project experience, with duties as a Quantity Surveyor–Civil, or equivalent.
-Chartered Quantity Surveyor – full RICS member
-Proven experience in managing all projects from inception to completion
-Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements
-Undertaking feasibility studies, site surveys, and estimations
-Preparing tenders package, tender evaluation report and contract documents
-Identifying commercial risks and developing appropriate responses
-Allocating and monitoring the work of subcontractors
-Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
